Is ACBuy down? Every signal we could check

"Is ACBuy down", "is ACBuy shutting down", "is ACBuy back" and "is ACBuy still up" all sit in Google's suggestions for this agent, which tells you how many people are asking. Here is what the evidence says, in date order, without filling the gaps.

• May 2026Several TikTok creators post videos titled "ACBuy is officially shutting down". No announcement from ACBuy itself.
• July 30, 2026The last review appears on ACBuy's Trustpilot page. It had drawn 339 reviews in the previous twelve months.

So every independent tracker we could find now counts ACBuy as closed, and only ACBuy's own website disagrees. That website still matters — AllChinaBuy's homepage has been replaced by a notice, ACBuy's has not, and ACBuy has published nothing about closing. But a working homepage is weak evidence on its own: CNFans' site stayed up after it stopped trading. Add a two-month silence on a review page that used to get dozens of reviews a month, and the balance of evidence leans towards "not trading", even though nobody has confirmed it.

Verdict: The evidence leans towards closed, but it isn't confirmed. Don't add new money until someone you trust has had a parcel dispatched recently.

ACBuy and AllChinaBuy are two different agents

Because "ACB" is a natural shorthand for AllChinaBuy, the two names get swapped constantly; "ACBuy vs AllChinaBuy" is one of the most common searches about either agent. They are separate websites with separate accounts, and taobot.io's knowledge base says so directly. Their situations are different too.

Three checks before you put money into ACBuy

If you already have an ACBuy account and want to keep using it, these checks take ten minutes and tell you far more than any rumour thread:

1. Paste a link. Copy one of the finds above into ACBuy's search. A working agent returns the item with a live price and stock; a zombie site often returns errors or stale data.
2. Look for fresh proof of dispatch. A tracking number from someone who shipped in the last two weeks is worth more than any number of "still works" comments.
3. Pay in a way you can dispute. Use PayPal or a card rather than crypto or a bank transfer, and keep the first top-up small.

If any of the three fails, stop there. The same finds cost roughly the same through KakoBuy, Superbuy or Sugargoo, and none of them is surrounded by the same doubts.

Verdict: A small, disputable payment and a recent tracking number are the only proof that matters. Without them, use another agent.

What ACBuy's reviews said before they stopped

Up to the end of July, ACBuy's Trustpilot page looked healthy: 4.5/5 from 974 reviews, with 88% five-star and 8% one-star. The last few reviews before the silence were mostly positive, praising communication, support and delivery.

The negative ones had a clear theme. A July 14 reviewer said they lost more than €300 after a parcel was sent with an incomplete address and then, they alleged, destroyed. That kind of complaint — a problem with the parcel after it leaves the warehouse — shows up at most agents, but it matters more when you can't be sure support will still be there to answer it.

What we can't tell you is why the reviews stopped. It could be a shutdown, a pause in ACBuy's review invitations, or simply fewer orders. That uncertainty is exactly why we list ACBuy as "unclear" rather than picking a side.

Moving an ACBuy spreadsheet to another agent

An ACBuy spreadsheet is a list of product links wrapped in ACBuy's own format. Underneath each one is an ordinary Weidian, Taobao or 1688 item — and that item can be bought through any agent.

1. Open a row's ACBuy link and find the original marketplace address or the long item number (Weidian and Taobao IDs are 9–13 digits).
2. Paste the full ACBuy link into our link converter if you can't see it; it pulls out the item ID and rebuilds the original link.
3. Paste that original link into your new agent's search bar.
4. Compare the new agent's price and shipping quote. Differences are usually a few dollars on the item and more on shipping.
