OrientDig Spreadsheet: A Top-Rated Agent, Read Closely
Updated · by the Alibaba Spreadsheet editors
Short answer
OrientDig is working and has one of the best review records of any agent: 4.7/5 from 961 Trustpilot reviews, 85% of them five-star and only 3% one-star. It charges no handling fee on orders from the common Chinese platforms, plus a customs-declaration fee of about $1.18 per parcel, and stores items free for 90 days. Two things temper the score: only 62 reviews arrived in the past twelve months, and its domain dates from April 2024 even though the site footer says 2012. Below: 16 finds that work in OrientDig and elsewhere.

How good is OrientDig's 4.7 Trustpilot score, really?
On its face, excellent. 4.7/5 from 961 reviews puts OrientDig level with MuleBuy at the top of the agents we track, and its star split — 85% five-star, 11% four-star, 3% one-star — is far less polarised than most. Reviewers single out a support team that "answered all my questions promptly", fast and secure delivery, and products that matched their descriptions.
Three details are worth weighing alongside it:
- Most reviews are old. Only 62 of the 961 reviews were posted in the last twelve months, and the newest when we checked was from August 21, 2026. The score mostly describes OrientDig's past, not its present.
- Trustpilot notes OrientDig hasn't recently asked for reviews and doesn't reply to negative ones. Fewer invitations can mean more organic reviews — but also no visible effort to fix complaints in public.
- The complaints that do exist mention expensive shipping, occasional slow delivery and, in one case, an item approved at QC despite documented defects.
Verdict: OrientDig's reputation is genuinely strong, but mostly earned before 2026. A small first order will tell you more about today's service than the average does.
What does OrientDig charge?
OrientDig's official policy, as documented by KakoGuide in June 2026, is no handling fee on orders from the common shopping platforms. The one fixed extra is a customs-declaration fee, typically $1.18 per parcel. International shipping is quoted through OrientDig's own estimator; JadeShip, the usual third-party comparison tool, doesn't cover OrientDig, so there's no independent price benchmark.
| Item | OrientDig | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Handling fee (common platforms) | None | Official policy via KakoGuide |
| Customs declaration | About $1.18 per parcel | KakoGuide |
| Free storage | 90 days + 30 days at parcel stage | KakoGuide |
| Storage extension | ¥10 per 30 days | KakoGuide |
| Dispatch after payment | 3–5 working days | KakoGuide |
| Payment | Card, balance top-up | KakoGuide (PayPal unconfirmed) |

The storage rule has a sharp edge: items left past the free period without contacting OrientDig can be destroyed. The 30-day parcel-stage allowance helps, but set a reminder rather than relying on it.
Verdict: OrientDig's fixed costs are low and simple. Get a shipping quote from its estimator and compare it with one other agent before a big haul.
2012 or 2024? The question of OrientDig's age
OrientDig's footer carries a copyright line running from 2012, which suggests more than a decade of trading. KakoGuide checked the domain registration and found orientdig.com was registered in April 2024, and flags the gap as a concern. A company can trade under another name before registering a new domain, so the mismatch isn't proof of anything on its own — but it does mean the "since 2012" impression shouldn't carry much weight.
Its customs help pages also use older, threshold-based language written before the US ended its $800 duty-free allowance in August 2025 and before the EU's €3-per-category rule in July 2026, and KakoGuide found no published tax-included lines for the EU. If you're in either market, check what your quote includes rather than assuming duty is covered.
For EU buyers the practical step is simple: ask OrientDig which of its lines, if any, collect VAT and the €3 duty in advance, and get the answer in writing. For US buyers, ask whether duty is included in the line price or will be billed on arrival by the courier.
Verdict: Judge OrientDig by its roughly two-year public record, not its footer. That record is good, but short.
Ordering an OrientDig spreadsheet find, step by step
- Open a find above and copy the Weidian link from the repbuysheet.com listing.
- Paste it into OrientDig's search bar and pick the size and colour.
- Pay for the item and domestic shipping by card or from your balance.
- Check the QC photos when the item arrives — OrientDig advertises unlimited free HD photos, so ask for the angle you need.
- Request a quote from OrientDig's estimator and ship within the 90-day window.
Before the first order, send support a short question — how long QC usually takes, or whether shoe boxes can be removed. A quick, specific reply is a better sign than any star rating, and it gives you a written thread to refer back to if something goes wrong later. OrientDig's reviewers praise its support more than anything else, so this is also the easiest way to check that the praise still holds.
Links from other agents' spreadsheets work too: our link converter extracts the original listing, and the size decoder translates Chinese size labels.
