On September 28, 2026, 16 of 20 agents we track were working normally. 2 were amber — ACBuy (site up, but listed as closed elsewhere and silent on Trustpilot since July) and MuleBuy (unconfirmed raid rumours and stuck-order reviews). AllChinaBuy and WeGoBuy were offline, and CNFans and Pandabuy are closed for good. Filter the board by status below. If your agent is amber or red, the item IDs in your spreadsheet still work at any green one.

How we decide an agent's colour
Each month we check four things for every agent: whether its website loads without a maintenance or closure notice; whether its search accepts a pasted Weidian or Taobao link; whether independent trackers such as rep.tools report a closure; and whether customers are still posting recent reviews. Green needs all four to look normal.
Amber is for genuine conflict, not rumour alone. ACBuy is the clearest case: its site works and has published nothing about closing, but rep.tools has listed it as shut three times and its Trustpilot page went quiet after July 30. MuleBuy is amber for a different reason — its site works and nothing is confirmed, but August reviews describe orders stuck for weeks. Red means the site itself says it's down, or has gone dark: AllChinaBuy shows only a hacker-attack maintenance notice, and WeGoBuy's domain has resolved to nothing since early 2025.
Early warning signs to watch yourself
- Withdrawals of your balance slow down or stop.
- Items sit in "processing" for weeks with no explanation.
- Support stops replying, or keeps urging you to top up.
- A maintenance page stays up for more than a few days.
If you see these at your agent, stop adding money, ship or withdraw what you can, and move your links elsewhere.
My agent is amber or red — what now?
- Rescue the item IDs. Run your spreadsheet's links through the link converter to get the original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 listings.
- Pick a green agent from the board, comparing fees, storage and reviews — or read the spreadsheet index for more detail.
- Handle the old account in writing. Screenshot orders and balances, email support, and check your card or PayPal dispute deadline.
- Keep original links from now on, so the next closure doesn't cost you your list.

How do I know if my shopping agent is down?
Check whether its site loads without a maintenance notice, whether a pasted link returns a live item, and whether customers are still posting recent reviews. This board does those checks monthly for 20 agents.
Which agents are working this month?
16 of the 20 we track were working normally on September 28, 2026, including KakoBuy, Superbuy, Sugargoo, Oopbuy and JoyaGoo. ACBuy and MuleBuy were amber; AllChinaBuy and WeGoBuy were offline.
Is ACBuy down?
Its website loads with no closure notice, but rep.tools lists it as closed and its Trustpilot page has had no reviews since July 30, 2026. We class it as unclear.
Did MuleBuy get raided?
That hasn't been confirmed by MuleBuy or any authority. Its site and app work, but August 2026 reviews describe stuck orders, so we show it as amber.
What happened to CNFans and WeGoBuy?
CNFans closed in August 2026. WeGoBuy's site went offline around January 2025 without an announcement.
